Registration information

Force Majeure, Event Modification, and Mutual Cooperation

In the event of any force majeure event, act of God, natural disaster, public health emergency, government restriction, structural damage, facility failure, or major man-made disruption occurring prior to or during the scheduled event, both the Venue and the Committee acknowledge that strict adherence to original operational or financial terms may become unfeasible.

  • Mandate for Mutual Cooperation: Should such disruptions necessitate a change of event dates, room layout, venue relocation, or postponement of up to six (6) months, the Venue agrees to exercise its utmost good faith and commercial best efforts to cooperate with the Committee to reach an equitable, win-win solution.
  • Mitigation of Financial Burden: The Venue explicitly agrees not to unilaterally enforce strict financial penalties, full cancellation damages, or minimum spend guarantees against the Committee for adjustments directly caused by such disruptions. Instead, the Venue will work collaboratively with the Committee to reapply all advanced deposits, room rental fees, and prepaid commitments directly toward the rescheduled dates, alternate space allocations, or modified event scope without additional penalty fees.
